Dinadi offers a free shipping option for all orders. Orders within Europe are sent by DHL or UPS. Orders within Canada/USA are shipped with Canada Post. For more information about shipping please take a look in our terms and condition under "3. Delivery" here
Dinadi accepts credit card payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. For more information about payment please take a look in our terms and condition under "2. Payment and prices" here
All goods ordered through our online store can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please bear in mind that return expenses will not be refunded. Items that are damaged, defective or incorrect can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods. Dinadi products also come with a 2-year warranty against faults in fabric and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular or daily use. For damaged, defective, incorrect orders or warranty claims, send us an email at customercare@dinadi.com

with a few pictures and an explanation of the problem so that we can decide on the best course of action.
Once we receive your return your refund will automatically be processed, and the money will be transferred back to the card (and linked account) that made the purchase. Normally it takes a few working days for the refund to go through, however, for international credit cards, this process can be prolonged. Merino wool in general needs very little care as it is practically self-cleansing and odor resistant. Extend the lifespan of your product by airing out your product rather than washing. Wash only once a season, hand wash and dry flat. Wash to re-size. For more information about product care look here
We acknowledge the impact we leave behind on the environment and the people around us and strive to ensure that our production processes are never at the expense of either. We use up or repurpose all yarn, avoid the use of plastic, and only buy materials we know have been sourced properly. Socially sustainability means that our workers are paid fairly for the work they do. Through employment, they can obtain financial stability and sustain themselves.
All our operations are based out of Kathmandu, Nepal where we live. By being so close to our production on a daily basis we can oversee all practices of Dinadi whether that means visiting suppliers, lifespan our in-house production, or setting up procedures to avoid waste. We can achieve much greater transparency in our production practices by knowing the people we work with and ensuring first hand that our standards are being met.
We firmly believe that a job has the power to change a life and changed lives can transform societies. Through individual employment, families are impacted financially and through school tuitions paid out as a monthly benefit, children have access to education. The social component is always the navigator for how we choose to do business.
All Dinadi products are made of 100% fine merino wool that has been certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 to be free of harmful chemicals and safe for human use. The Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification means the yarn has been tested and certified to be free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health.
